Please note our usual Cancellation Policy below.
If you do need to cancel your booking please get in touch with us at rangoonsisters@gmail.com and we will see what we can do!
If we are able to refund you, you will get the ticket price back minus the Stripe transaction charge (2% plus 20p per ticket)
If you cancel with more than 14 days notice we will give you a full refund.
If you cancel within 7-14 days notice we will only be able to refund you if we are able to resell your ticket(s).
If you cancel with less than 7 days notice then unfortunately you will not be eligible for any refund.
Please note for events that are entirely charity fundraisers - NO REFUNDS POSSIBLE and whilst you can email us to see if we can help sell them on, please try to do so yourself.
